- Perform preventative maintenance and repair on equipment and systems (e.g., mechanical, electrical).
- Evaluate and recommend equipment improvements to improve availability, capability and yield.
- Perform equipment analyses (including preventative and unscheduled maintenance).
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment problems.
- Prepare technical reports to document equipment modifications and equipment maintenance procedures.
Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Diploma or above in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation or related engineering majors. Minimum 3 years of equipment maintenance experience; semiconductor or precision manufacturing background is preferred.
- Solid mechanical and electrical fundamentals, proficient in preventive maintenance and equipment troubleshooting.
- Able to diagnose equipment malfunctions, conduct equipment analysis and propose improvement solutions to enhance equipment availability and yield.
- Capable of preparing maintenance records, technical reports and equipment modification documentation, with basic English reading & writing skills.
- Strong hands-on and logical problem-solving skills; able to work in cleanroom, comply with SOP and safety rules, and collaborate cross-functionally.
