About this role
岗位职责：
1、对公司组织策划的推广活动、网站宣传等所提供的视频素材进行制作、后期编辑等工作；
2、可根据已有素材完成视频、效果图等的设计及制作；可使用视频剪辑软件有效的整理素材，视频音画同步、脚本誉录、校色、字幕、音效、简单特效、画面处理及合成，对视频内容进行编辑、剪辑等后期处理，制作成片。会使用ps做图像处理；
3、根据业务需求，协助制作和维护公司官网页面及相关数字内容，确保页面展示效果及内容准确性；
4、协助整理、优化及制作对内对外宣传资料，包括 PPT、PDF、产品介绍、活动资料等文档的排版与视觉优化工作；
5、协助完成 HubSpot 等营销平台中的邮件模板制作、邮件发送及营销活动相关支持工作。
任职要求：
1、日语N1水平或同等商务日语能力，能够独立与日本客户进行邮件、会议及日常商务沟通。
2、熟悉日本商务文化及沟通习惯，善于理解日本客户较为委婉、含蓄的表达方式，能够准确把握客户真实需求，并在必要时进行有效沟通与协调。
3、熟练使用 Adobe Premiere（PR），能够独立完成基础视频剪辑、字幕制作、素材整合及内容优化等工作。
4、基本掌握 Word、Excel、PowerPoint 等办公软件，具备一定的数据处理能力、逻辑分析能力及问题解决能力。
5、工作认真细致，具备良好的沟通协调能力、责任心及客户服务意识，能够适应多任务并行的工作环境。
优先条件：
1、熟悉 Adobe Photoshop（PS）、Illustrator（AI）、After Effects（AE）等设计及视频制作工具
2、具备 Marketing、Marketing Operations 或 BPO 相关工作经验
