Job Responsibilities:

Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Schichtleiter (m/w/d) für unser Werk in Neuburg an der Donau im 3-Schicht-System.

Deine Aufgaben:

• Führung und Organisation einer Schicht im 3-Schicht-System

• Personal- und Einsatzplanung in Abstimmung mit der Produktionsleitung

• Einarbeitung und Schulung von Produktionsmitarbeitern sowie Pflege der
Schulungsmatrix

• Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen, qualitäts- und termingerechten
Produktionsablaufs

• Verantwortung für Auftragssteuerung, Kommissionierung, Montage sowie
JIT-/JIS-Anlieferungen

• Überwachung der Fertigungsleistung sowie Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Arbeits-
und EHS-Vorgaben

• Analyse von Nacharbeit, Ausschuss und Produktionsproblemen sowie
Einleitung geeigneter Korrekturmaßnahmen

• Reklamationsbearbeitung und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen

• Förderung der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung, z. B. durch 5S, TPM und 6M

• Sicherstellung von Ordnung und Sauberkeit im Verantwortungsbereich

• Gewährleistung eines transparenten Informationsflusses innerhalb des
Teams und zur Produktions- bzw. Werkleitung

• Aktive Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Teams

Deine bevorzugten Qualifikationen:

• Abgeschlossene technische oder gewerbliche Berufsausbildung

• Berufserfahrung in der Produktion, idealerweise Automobilindustrie

• Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung

• Kenntnisse in Qualität, Arbeitssicherheit und Produktionsabläufen

• Kenntnisse in 5S, TPM und 6M von Vorteil

• Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schicht-System

• Organisationsstärke sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte
Arbeitsweise

• Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsstärke

• Hohes Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
