COF Client Model Process Improvement

You’ll be responsible for:

- Supporting the set-up and facilitation of client model workshops following the established methodology, ensuring outputs are grounded in the practical realities of an infrastructure/ capital delivery/asset owner environment.
- Supporting the design of the AMP9+ client model blueprint.
- Bringing delivery experience from major infrastructure, capital delivery or asset owner organisations, using lessons learned from implementation to shape pragmatic and workable recommendations.
- Providing support to the client model lead on project tracking, reporting, issue resolution and preparation of clear decision-making materials.
- Managing stakeholders relating to the theme, specifically including client commercial operations leaders and broader client SMEs.

You’ll need to have:

- Continuous Improvement specialist - Lean/Six Sigma or similar accreditations.
- Working knowledge of co-creation operating model design methodology and ability to adapt the approach to the needs of the client and delivery context.
- Experience of managing and delivering process improvement change with measurable impact in a delivery type environment.
- Confident stakeholder manager with ability to rapidly build rapor and manage challenge from a range of stakeholders through all levels of work .
- Level-headed, calm under pressure and detail focused .
