About the Role:
We are looking for a Finance Business Partner (FBP) to support our Indonesia Credit Business, operating within a highly regulated financial services environment. You will develop a strong understanding of the end-to-end business and financial drivers, translate complex business and portfolio data into actionable insights, and provide quantitative and qualitative analysis to support strategic decisions by senior management. Given the regulated nature of the business, the role requires strong commercial acumen together with a solid understanding of Indonesia's credit industry, OJK regulatory requirements, capital management, and financial risk considerations.

Key Responsibilities:

Organize regular business and financial reviews, develop and continuously improve business performance metrics and management reporting, identify key drivers and trends across portfolio and financial performance, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve profitability, efficiency, and sustainable growth. Monitor key financial and business indicators, establish early-warning mechanisms, investigate significant movements, and provide clear explanations of financial performance to management.
- Financial Budget Management:
Prepare the annual budgeting and rolling forecast, working closely with business and functional teams to translate business strategies and operating plans into financial targets. Monitor budget performance, analyze key variances and business drivers, and provide recommendations to improve resource allocation and operational efficiency.
- Product Pricing Strategy:
Partner with Business and Risk teams to evaluate product economics, pricing strategies, and growth initiatives. Develop financial models and profitability analysis to assess the impact of pricing, fees, funding costs, credit losses, operating costs, and portfolio performance. Ensure pricing and product strategies balance business growth, profitability, risk appetite, capital efficiency, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Regulatory & Financial Management:
Support the financial management of regulated credit entities and ensure business plans and financial forecasts are developed with consideration of applicable OJK regulations and regulatory requirements. Partner with Regulatory, Risk, Accounting, Treasury, and other stakeholders to assess the financial and regulatory implications of business initiatives, including capital requirements, funding, provisioning, credit risk, and other regulatory considerations.
- Cross-functional Business Partnership:
Act as a strategic finance partner to the senior managements, providing financial perspectives on business strategy and key decisions. Work closely with Risk, Treasury, Accounting, Compliance, Business, Operations, and other functional teams to align business objectives, financial targets, and regulatory requirements across the Indonesia lending business.

Minimum Qualification(s):
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related disciplines.
- Extensive years of relevant finance experience, with strong experience in FP&A, Business Finance, Strategic Finance, Financial Controller, or related roles. Strong experience in Indonesia's credit or financial services industry.
- Solid understanding of OJK regulations and regulatory requirements applicable to Indonesia's financial services and credit businesses.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills focusing on credit businesses, with the ability to connect business performance and portfolio metrics to P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, capital, and regulatory implications.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior management, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong ownership and accountability, with the ability to independently identify issues, develop solutions, challenge assumptions, and drive execution.
- Excellent logical and analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to solve complex business problems in a fast-paced, highly regulated, and evolving environment, proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
