## Job Summary



To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Quality Engineer located in Suzhou SIP

Reporting to the Quality Manager the QE role involves in This role involves

What a typical day looks like:

- Manage customer quality, strategic supplier process quality, and final product quality.
- Customer complaint management, including 8D problem solving, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and customer return handling.
- By leveraging strong analytical and problem-solving skills, identify quality trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct cross-departmental coordination and communication to maintain good customer relationships.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related technical discipline,
- Strong bilingual communication skills.
- 5+ years in sheet metal products’ quality management experience, electrical enclosure assembly, mechanical assembly, or system integration
- Familiar with quality management system, including ISO 9001 and IATF 16949, Internal Auditor certification is a plus.
