About this role

Your mission

Turn a list into a plan. We already have 200-300 European chains with 100+ stores on our radar. You decide where to start, prioritise every account and make a clear plan for each one. Open doors every week. You research accounts, map decision-makers and reach them however works best: phone, LinkedIn, email, events or your own network. Win the big ones. You guide complex sales processes with many stakeholders, from the shop floor up to C-level and procurement, and turn them into proofs of concept. Find new ways in. You build partner and reseller channels that open doors to chains we couldn’t reach on our own. Let the data guide you. You keep HubSpot clean and use your numbers to focus where it counts. Write the playbook. You capture what works and turn it into our enterprise sales playbook for everyone who joins after you.

Your profile

What you need to bring
A proven track record in new business. You have at least 3 years in B2B sales and have won new customers yourself. You know how big companies buy. You understand hierarchies and buying centres, and you know who really makes the final call. You think like a founder. Nobody hands you a playbook – you write it. You treat our enterprise sales as your own venture, find a way in where others see a closed door, and bounce back from a “no” with a new idea. Your drive matters more to us than your contact list. You win trust and work the pipeline. Senior decision-makers take you seriously from the first conversation. You enjoy building relationships from the very first contact, not just closing the deal, and your pipeline is always sharp, structured and moving. Your English is excellent (C1 or higher). You’re happy to hit the road and meet customers across Europe. Nice to have
Experience selling operational software. Experience in food retail, bakery or food-service. Further European languages. Experience with procurement and information-security reviews at large customers.
