We’re looking for engaging, detail-oriented people to become LEGO Brand Ambassadors , representing one of the world’s most loved brands in store.

What You’ll Be Doing: Bringing LEGO to Life, Store by Store This is a hands-on, people-focused role where attention to detail really matters. If you’ve never worked "out in the field" before, think of it like this: instead of spending your entire shift inside just one shop, you visit a couple of different retailers each day to look after the LEGO sections.
- Build Eye-Catching Displays: Use your shop-floor merchandising skills to keep shelves tidy, replenish stock, set up promotional POS stands, and ensure LEGO sets look irresistible to shoppers.
- Get Stock on the Shop Floor: Work with store teams to check stock levels, locate boxes that might be stuck in the warehouse or stockroom, and get them out on display where customers can buy them.
- Chat with Store Teams & Supervisors: Work alongside colleagues, section leaders, and duty managers in familiar stores like Asda, Morrisons, Sainsbury’s, B&M, and Smyths Toys , becoming a familiar, trusted face who helps their toy aisle succeed.
- Secure Prime Display Spots: Confidently chat with store managers to agree the best spots in aisle ends or promotional spaces so LEGO gets the attention it deserves.
Why You’ll Enjoy Working With Us
- Choose Your Working Days: Pick which 3 weekdays you work (including a Wednesday or Thursday). Once agreed, they stay fixed every week, giving you predictable routines and your weekends completely free.
- True Independence: You manage your visits, plan your journey, and run your day.
- Own Your Patch: You’ll visit the same set of local stores regularly, building great relationships with store teams over time.
- Full Training & Backing: Complete training from day one—we’ll show you how field visits work, how to log your visits on our app, and how to get the most out of every store.
- Great Step Up: Ideal for supermarket colleagues, shop assistants, merchandisers, and stock replenishes ready for more autonomy and career growth.
