About this role
We're looking for a Project Analyst to coordinate and manage the delivery of interface implementation projects, both short-term and long-term. Working directly with clients and internal technical teams. You'll review contracts, build delivery plans, and keep projects moving from kickoff through go-live.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate and manage delivery of short-term and long-term implementation projects, working directly with clients and internal technical teams.
- Review contracts to confirm project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
- Build and maintain project plans, tracking milestones and dependencies through to go-live.
- Track project and ticket status in Jira; maintain accurate account and project data in Salesforce (SFDC).
- Identify risks and issues early, and work with internal teams to resolve or escalate them.
- Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients and stakeholders throughout each project.
What You'll Need
- Experience coordinating or managing projects, ideally in a client-facing implementation role.
- Working knowledge of Jira and Salesforce (SFDC).
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or related experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills; comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to review contracts and translate scope into a clear delivery plan.
