About the role

Müller is looking for a Studio Project & Operations Manager to join our growing in-house creative team.

You'll play a central role in keeping Studio projects running smoothly from brief through to delivery, coordinating priorities, timelines, resource, stakeholders and creative assets across packaging design, campaigns, shopper marketing, digital and wider brand activity.

Alongside day-to-day project delivery, you'll help improve how the Studio operates, bringing structure to creative workflows and helping the team work efficiently as our in-house capability continues to grow.

What you'll be doing

- Manage creative projects from brief through to delivery, ensuring timelines, actions and approvals remain on track.

- Coordinate workloads and priorities across the Studio, helping designers manage multiple projects effectively.

- Manage the briefing process, ensuring briefs are clear, complete and ready for the creative team.

- Act as a key point of contact for Marketing, Commercial, Artwork, agencies, media partners and other stakeholders.

- Coordinate feedback, approvals and next steps to keep projects moving.

- Manage the supply, upload and organisation of creative assets, maintaining clear version control and file management.

- Manage Studio resource planning and workflow tracking, supporting the move from Microsoft Planner to Awork.

- Track Studio hours and utilisation to help balance workloads and resource.

- Maintain budget trackers and support PO management.

- Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve how work moves through the Studio.

What we're looking for

- Experience managing creative, studio or marketing projects from brief through to delivery.

- Strong organisation and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple briefs, deadlines and stakeholders.

- Experience working with project management or workflow systems.

- Confidence working with creative teams and stakeholders across different business areas.

- Strong attention to detail, particularly around briefs, files, feedback and approvals.

- A proactive, process-minded approach and an interest in improving ways of working.

- An interest in design, branding and creative production.

Experience across areas such as packaging, campaigns, shopper marketing, digital or brand projects would be particularly relevant.

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator or Photoshop, would be useful but isn't essential.

Why join Müller Studio?

You'll be joining our in-house Studio at an exciting stage of its development, with the opportunity to influence not just the projects we deliver, but how the Studio operates.
