What You’ll Do

- Social Media Management: Own the day-to-day scheduling and community engagement across our channels, with a primary focus on LinkedIn and scientific networks.
- Brand & Visual Assets: Design visual assets, presentation decks, infographics, and promotional materials using tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite.
- Events & PR Support: Assist in preparing Flomics’ presence at international biotech conferences, investor summits, and industry congresses.
- Website & Analytics: Support website updates, track campaign performance metrics, and compile monthly engagement reports to optimize our outreach.
What We’re Looking For
- Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Science Communication, Life Sciences/Biotechnology with a marketing passion, or related fields.
- Strong interest in biotechnology, healthcare innovation, or genomics.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (working language); Spanish is a plus.
- An eye for clean visual design and storytelling that turns complex technical topics into accessible content.
- Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
What We Offer
- Meaningful Mission: Work directly on projects that communicate breakthroughs in early cancer diagnostics.
- Inspiring Workspace: Our offices and labs are located in Barcelona’s innovation district in Poblenou.
- Flexibility: Hybrid work model (remote flexibility + on-site collaboration).
- Direct Mentorship: Close collaboration with leadership, scientists, and industry advisors.
