Job Description:
Working time: Monday to Saturday
Working shift: 1PM - 10PM
Plans and coordinates initiatives to enhance the operational efficiency and effectiveness of package operations. Oversees and manages command and control functions within conventional and/or automated package facilities. Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements. Leads inside package operations that support package operation performance. Develops and executes strategies to achieve business KPI's.
Accountable for the performance and results of a team(s). Primary focus is a people manager who connects or integrates processes and people. Coordinates the work of the team across the organization. Makes decisions on hiring, pay, and performance.
Runs a shift of frontline employees
Assigns tasks and manages progress. Problems are typically routine and not complex; resolution guided by policies and procedures. Ensures completion of day-to-day assignments within shift. Impacts the results of a shift.
Your skill and requirements:
Potential to build up Leadership Skill
Driving skill with B driving license, understand about automotive is recommended
Good computer literacy
Proficient in English
3 -5 years relevant experience in similar capacity
