- Monday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Starting at $30 per hour , with compensation based on experience and qualifications.

As a Registered Dental Hygienist at Montgomery Smiles, you will:

- Provide preventive dental hygiene services and patient-centered care.
- Perform periodontal charting and assess periodontal health.
- Provide prophylaxis and scaling and root planing (SRP).
- Take diagnostic dental radiographs.
- Apply fluoride treatments.
- Educate patients on oral health, home care, and preventive treatment.
- Maintain accurate and complete clinical documentation.
- Build positive relationships with patients through excellent communication and a warm, professional chairside manner.
- Collaborate with the dental team to promote outstanding patient outcomes.

Qualifications

- Current Alabama Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
- Proficiency in periodontal charting, prophylaxis, SRP, dental radiographs, and fluoride treatments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused approach to patient care.
- Commitment to providing excellent clinical care and creating a positive patient experience.
- Experience with Dentrix is a plus.
