What We Do As an SAP Partner specializing in SAP BRIM, Acuiti Labs delivers business technology solutions and digital transformation services across SAP S/4HANA and cloud applications, including Subscription Billing, CPQ, and Entitlement Management. We help global organizations transform their Quote-to-Cash processes, optimize revenue management, and enable subscription- and consumption-based business models across industries.
What You'll Do As an SAP BASIS Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting, administering, monitoring, and optimizing SAP system landscapes to ensure system stability, performance, and availability. You will work with technical teams and stakeholders to support SAP implementations, manage system operations, and contribute to reliable and efficient SAP environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform SAP BASIS administration and support activities across SAP NetWeaver environments.
- Support SAP system installations, configurations, upgrades, patching, kernel upgrades, and system maintenance.
- Administer and support SAP HANA and SAP ASE databases, along with UNIX and Linux operating systems.
- Monitor SAP system health, availability, and performance across both ABAP and Java stacks.
- Conduct performance analysis, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain system stability.
- Support SAP system refreshes, transports, client administration, and routine system maintenance activities.
- Participate in SAP implementation projects, system migrations, upgrades, and technical deployment activities.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, system configurations, operational procedures, and support records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth SAP operations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and follow established technical standards and best practices.

Your Education, Skills and Experience
- Hands-on experience in SAP BASIS administration and SAP NetWeaver technologies.
- Working knowledge of SAP HANA and SAP ASE databases, UNIX/Linux operating systems, and SAP system administration.
- Experience in at least one full lifecycle SAP implementation.
- Experience in performance analysis, monitoring, and troubleshooting across both ABAP and Java stacks.
- Knowledge of cloud environments and cloud-based SAP landscapes would be an added advantage.
- Experience with SAP Convergent Charging (SAP CC) and Convergent Mediation (SAP CM) would be an added advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong technical documentation and reporting skills.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrate leadership when required, and manage responsibilities effectively.
