Your role Key responsibilities in your new role
- Data Solutions Development: Develop new self-service data solutions, such as Certified Data Sources, Dashboards, or List Reports; Drive reporting automation
- Data Solutions Support: Support data solutions as they go into sustain mode, namely by troubleshooting and bug-fixing, enhancing and maintaining features throughout the reporting life cycle, as well as enabling and supporting end-users
- Documentation and Knowledge Management: Improve and maintain reporting and process documentation, as well as user guidance and supporting materials; Make sure knowledge is properly documented and structured
- Reporting: Run recurring and ad-hoc reports from multiple HR systems
- Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships and relevant communication flows with stakeholders; Trend-scout and consult on data-related matters
- Data Insights: Support HR and Business in taking better, faster, fact-based decisions, driving HR transformation even further
Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Education : A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a similar field of study
- Knowledge: Concrete knowledge of reporting solutions & data analysis processes, acquired through your educational background and/or through hands-on experience (e.g., curricular internship). Knowledge of HR processes is a plus
- Tools: Knowledge of Business Intelligence software, both on data flows and visualization ends - preferably Tableau Prep and/or Tableau Desktop
- Language Skills: Fluency in English (mandatory). Knowledge of German is a plus
