- Provide technical expertise related to Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), power conversion systems (PCS), and grid-connected electrical infrastructure.
- Develop system architectures, one-line diagrams, equipment specifications, technical reports, and engineering documentation to support project execution.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, market trends, and engineering solutions to influence product strategy, future energy storage offerings, and business growth.
- Provide advanced technical guidance and engineering recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.

Power System Analysis & Design

- Perform and review electrical studies including load flow, short circuit, protection coordination, arc flash, reliability, and system performance analyses.
- Analyze electrical system designs to ensure compliance with applicable electrical codes, utility requirements, industry standards, and customer specifications.
- Support utility interconnection activities and provide technical expertise related to grid compliance, system modeling, and electrical performance.
- Support interconnection studies and ensure compliance with utility, regional transmission organization, regulatory, and customer requirements.
- Identify technical risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement engineering solutions to support project success.
- Resolve complex technical issues involving power systems, energy storage technologies, power conversion systems, and renewable energy applications.

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

- Serve as the primary technical resource for customers, utilities, EPCs, consultants, and internal stakeholders throughout project development and execution.
- Lead technical discussions, presentations, design reviews, and solution evaluations with customers, utilities, and external partners.
- Collaborate with product management, commercial teams, operations, and engineering groups to align technical solutions with customer and business objectives.
- Support proposal development, project planning, technical reviews, and strategic customer initiatives.
- Communicate complex technical concepts, risks, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
