DESCRIPTION
- Perform the evaluation of supplier’s parts within the different commodities
- Ensure and assess the acceptance of supplied parts quality according the standards through of inspections, audits, etc.
- Create entries for non-conforming material inside the system and validate quality incidents from other plants that could affect
- Gather data through of statistical measurements for failures, defects, quality issues, etc.
- Implement robust containment actions when flaw or defect parts are identified
- Create orders for sorting and/or reworks with approved work instructions
- Execute actions for problem solving through of different tools and deploy effective corrective actions
- Perform all activities aligned with the tickets scope and KPI’s targets
Identify and analyze root causes in quality issuesCommunicate corrective actions Participate actively in regular meetings
QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering and/or related 1 year of experience inside the Automotive Industry with knowledge in quality, quality systems, quality assurance, manufacturing (exterior, interior, electronics and/or powertrain) and/or similar positions Experience with product/process audits according to international standards (VDA, IATF16949 and/or ISO 9001) Good knowledge of Non-conforming processes and material management Good knowledge of quality processes, quality tools and GD&T (is a plus) Certified Quality auditor under ISO 19011 (desirable) Handling of KPIs and reporting Gather of technical information, lessons learnt, concepts and customer requirements Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (lean manufacturing) Good knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Access, Excel, Powerpoint ) SAP (desirable) Fluent English ( Conversational level ) 6 months MAKING IMPOSSIBLE
