Production Worker – Assembly & Inspection
Worksite: Bolivar, OH
Schedule: Full-Time | 1st Shift & 2nd Shift Available
Position Overview
We are hiring Production Workers for assembly, machine operation, and inspection roles at a manufacturing facility in Bolivar, OH. Candidates will help produce quality cable assemblies by operating equipment, assembling components, and inspecting finished products in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities
- Assemble components using presses, molding machines, die-casting equipment, and hand tools.
- Press, swage, insert, and clip parts together according to production standards.
- Set up, adjust, and verify manufacturing equipment for production runs.
- Install tooling and fixtures and troubleshoot routine equipment issues.
- Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area while meeting production goals.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Manufacturing, assembly, machine operation, or inspection experience preferred.
- Ability to follow work instructions and meet production standards.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to use hand tools and learn manufacturing equipment.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
