We're growing our London Technology Recruitment team and are looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant who wants to accelerate their career in one of the most exciting sectors in the market.

The Opportunity

You'll have the flexibility to develop your own specialism across areas including:

- Data & AI
- Infrastructure & DevOps
- Change & Transformation
- Technology Contract Recruitment
- Technology Permanent Recruitment

You'll be joining a close-knit, high-performing team where success is driven by collaboration, autonomy and commercial thinking rather than rigid KPI management.

What You'll Be Doing

- Building and developing client relationships
- Generating new business opportunities
- Managing recruitment processes end-to-end
- Growing your own specialist market
- Building candidate networks
- Working with existing clients and developing new accounts
- Collaborating across multiple sectors and teams

What We're Looking For

- Previous recruitment experience
- Strong communication skills
- Commercial mindset
- Resilience and ambition
- Proactive approach to business development
- Desire to build a successful long-term career

Technology recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential.
