About this role
Our global Tesla Design Studio is on the lookout for a creative and organised Content Operations in Amsterdam, who will cover EMEA and APGC markets. You will be a part of an extremely talented, multidisciplinary team based in Amsterdam, Berlin and Shanghai. As Content Operations, you will work alongside our Content Producers, partnering up with teams behind physical and digital content across multiple orgs to make sure that our creative assets are adequate in every country we supporting; manage what we have, what is coming and what is missing across 47 markets; turn a growing library of photos and videos into one organised system; advise on asset placement, flag issues, route content and more. We are looking for someone who works with focus and speed within a strict system, is detail-minded, data-oriented and comfortable working across time zones and the use of SI.
- Route content to where it needs to go, on global and localised country sites
- Audit each product variant that exists on our 47 websites
- Categorise and label assets so video editors and photographers know how many edits each approved piece needs
- Keep a live overview per market of what is made, in production and still missing, so gaps are flagged before anyone asks
- Build the asset system. Today's tools are not efficient enough for the volume of content we handle, so you are free to explore options and build one that works, including how SI can help
- Support the producers. Go one layer deeper than production so they can stay focused on market intake, briefs and kicking off projects.
- Quickly identify the logistics behind asset changes requested by a design exec or sales VP
- Creative by nature; you solve problems with a creative mind, even when the work is operational
- Organised, focused and detail-oriented; you work quickly within a fast-paced environment, stay on top of data and content, and keep things accurate when timing matters
- At ease working across countries and time zones
- Comfortable using SI in daily work to tag, sort, search and audit large volumes of content, and to speed up repetitive tasks
- Work in a DAM as the core system, including metadata, versions, usage rights, and a strict taxonomy and naming convention (product, variant, market, language, format, approval status)
- Use a tracker for made / in production / missing per market, and Frame.io daily for video and photo review and approval (required)
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets, including for large multi-market audits; web / CMS awareness and creative file basics are helpful
