About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Copywriter with experience in the iGaming industry to create engaging, brand-aligned content for sportsbook and casino products. You’ll work on promotional campaigns, CRM communications, and onsite content that supports player acquisition, engagement, and retention.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Write compelling copy for sportsbook and casino promotions, bonuses, tournaments, and seasonal campaigns.
- Create content for CRM channels, including emails, push notifications, and other player communications.
- Develop campaign concepts and onsite content such as banners and landing pages.
- Adapt messaging to different brands, audiences, player segments, and markets.
- Ensure copy is accurate, consistent with brand guidelines, and compliant with relevant gambling regulations.
- Collaborate with CRM, Design, and Localization teams to deliver high-quality copy on time.
- Proofread, edit, and continuously improve content while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2 years of professional copywriting experience , preferably in iGaming.
- Understanding of casino and sportsbook products, betting terminology, and promotional mechanics.
- Experience with CRM campaigns, player segmentation, and retention communications.
- Excellent written English, grammar, editing skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt tone of voice across brands, audiences, and channels.
- Awareness of iGaming advertising regulations and responsible gambling requirements.
- Familiarity with AI writing tools and basic CMS knowledge.
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with localization or multilingual content is a plus.
