What You'll Do

As a Senior Security Engineer, you'll lead cybersecurity initiatives that strengthen the organization's security posture across cloud and on-premises environments while supporting strategic security projects and operational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and enhance enterprise cybersecurity solutions and security controls.
- Lead cybersecurity projects that improve the organization's overall security posture.
- Support security technologies across cloud and on-premises environments.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and drive remediation efforts with key stakeholders.
- Participate in security incident response activities and investigations.
- Collaborate with IT teams and business leaders to integrate security into technology initiatives.
- Serve as a cybersecurity subject matter expert and trusted advisor to operating companies across the organization.
- Evaluate emerging threats and recommend improvements to security architecture and controls.
- Support the development of cybersecurity policies, standards, and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking an experienced cybersecurity professional who enjoys building security solutions, solving complex challenges, and collaborating with stakeholders across a large organization. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with sound judgment, problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach to security.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of cybersecurity experience with a focus on security engineering.
- Experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise security solutions.
- Strong knowledge of security architecture, vulnerability management, identity and access management, and incident response.
- Experience supporting cloud and on-premises environments.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Security certifications (CISSP, CEH, OSCP, GIAC, etc.) preferred.
- Bilingual English and French is an asset.
