About the Position:
Hiring a BIM Manager, responsible for leading digital design, multi-trade coordination, and preconstruction modeling for mechanical, HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems across a diverse array of projects.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of prior experience in mechanical BIM coordination, VDC, or mechanical construction
- Software proficiency across multiple design products.
- Strong understanding of HVAC design, hydronic piping, plumbing and fabrication.
- Leadership and management qualities.
