As a Senior Creative Project Manager , you will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex creative work across Tinuiti’s shared-services Creative team. This role is primarily internally facing, but the work you manage will be highly visible to clients. You will partner closely with Creative Strategy, Client Partnership, Media, channel teams, and Creative Studio to maintain clarity on scope, priorities, timing, dependencies, feedback, and approvals.

- Build and maintain clear project plans, including scope, milestones, dependencies, owners, status, risks, and next steps.
- Ensure creative work is delivered on time, on scope, and in a format that supports strong client experiences.
- Anticipate delivery risks, scope changes, competing priorities, and approval delays; recommend practical solutions and escalate early when needed.

- Use AI and automation thoughtfully to reduce manual coordination, improve documentation quality, and strengthen project visibility.

Data & Measurement-Driven

- Track delivery performance across timelines, project volume, resourcing, revisions, scope changes, capacity, and recurring workflow bottlenecks.
- Use operational data and team feedback to identify opportunities to reduce rework, improve prioritization, and increase delivery reliability.
- Ensure project plans reflect the appropriate level of complexity, review time, quality control, and stakeholder alignment required for the work.
- Surface recurring risks, capacity constraints, and delivery patterns to creative leadership with clear recommendations.

Channel-Specific Expertise & The Tinuiti Way

- Develop a strong understanding of Tinuiti’s Creative Studio workflows, creative deliverables, briefs, feedback loops, approval processes, and cross-functional handoffs.

- Contribute to stronger, more scalable ways of working across the Creative team.

Owner Mindset

- Take accountability for project clarity, delivery discipline, and timely communication across assigned workstreams.
- Independently prioritize competing needs across multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Ask clarifying questions, challenge unclear inputs, and create structure when project scope or ownership is ambiguous.
- Protect team capacity by identifying unnecessary rework, unclear feedback, incomplete briefs, and avoidable process friction.
- Support more junior coordinators or project-management talent through knowledge sharing, workflow guidance, and informal mentorship.
