Location: Paris, France

Seniority: Senior level (4-8 years experience)
Contract type: Full-time, Permanent
For integration specialists who want to own the technical side of the customer journey, from the first enterprise conversation to a live, stable connection.
Job description
Fabriq is a Daily Management Solution that helps manufacturing and logistics organizations meet their daily performance targets, drive continuous improvement, and scale operational excellence. Deployed in 55+ countries and used by 70k+ users, Fabriq supports organizations across all maturity levels, from SMBs to global industry leaders such as John Deere, Safran, LVMH, Danone and Medtronic.
Our customers run Fabriq alongside their own systems: ERP, maintenance software (CMMS), BI tools, identity providers. How well Fabriq connects to these systems increasingly decides deals and drives adoption at scale.
This is a new position. You will be our first Solution Engineer and the technical reference for customers on integrations, from the first enterprise conversation to a live, stable connection.
You will join the Professional Services team and report to Gilles Ricard, Head of Professional Services, with a dotted line to Jules (Customer Care) for technical topics. You will work daily with Sales, Customer Success, Customer Care and the Product Ecosystem team, which builds our API and connectors.
---
What you'll do
In a nutshell
- Make integrations a reason customers choose Fabriq, not a blocker.
- Get every customer that needs integrations to a live, stable connection, quickly and without relying on the product team.
- Turn field knowledge into reusable assets (blueprints, playbooks) and into clear input for the product roadmap.
Broadly speaking
- Pre-sales: lead technical discovery and integration qualification on Enterprise deals, alongside Account Executives.
- Implementation: run integration workshops with customer IT teams, share our integration blueprints, and guide customers on architecture choices.
- Customer builds: support customers while they build their integrations on our public API, connectors and automation tools (Power Automate, Workato).
- Support: handle integration escalations once Customer Care has triaged them. Route bugs to the product team through the standard process.
- Offer: contribute to our integration services offer, its pricing and packaging, with the Head of Professional Services.
- Field feedback: bring qualified integration needs (customer, ARR, number of customers affected) to the Ecosystem Product Manager, who owns the roadmap, and turn release documentation into playbooks.
On a day-to-day basis
- Discovery calls and architecture reviews on Enterprise opportunities
- Integration workshops with newly signed customers
- Escalated integration tickets coming from Customer Care
- Updates to integration playbooks, blueprints and the Integration Academy
- Regular sync with the Ecosystem PM on field needs and upcoming releases

Your profile to make this a success
Must-have
- 4-8 years of experience as a Solution Engineer at a SaaS vendor with a strong integration component, ideally in industrial software (CMMS, MES, field service). Integration consultants who later joined a software vendor are welcome too
- Hands-on knowledge of APIs (REST, webhooks) and data mapping: you can debug an API call, write small demo or reproduction scripts, or build a Power Automate flow
- Operational experience with single sign-on (SAML, OIDC, Entra ID, Okta), which comes up in every Enterprise deployment
- Ability to discuss ERP and maintenance software (CMMS) business objects and integration patterns with an SAP architect, without needing to configure them
- Ability to lead workshops with IT and operations teams, from a plant to a group IT department
- Fluent French and English
Nice-to-have
- Background in industrial software (CMMS, MES, field service)
- Experience with automation and integration platforms (Power Automate, Workato) and BI tools (Power BI)
- Exposure to industrial or manufacturing environments
This will be important to your job, we'll teach you what you're missing
- Shop floor operations and our customers' industrial context
- Fabriq's product, data model and integration framework
- Our Professional Services methodology and playbooks
We kindly advise you to think twice before applying if…
- You prefer pure pre-sales or pure support. This role covers the full customer journey.

- You are not fully comfortable working in both French and English.
