About this role
The Quality Engineer ensures compliance with internal and external quality standards by applying engineering, statistical, and analytical methods. This role supports the Quality Management System (QMS), leads root cause investigations, monitors key quality metrics, and drives continuous improvement initiatives. The engineer interfaces with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, and customers to promote quality culture and operational excellence.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
3-5 years of experience in quality engineering or quality systems.
