Die-Cast Maintenance Associate
Work Site: Fredericktown, OH
Shifts: 2nd & 3rd shifts available
Position Overview
We are seeking hands-on Die-Cast Maintenance Associates to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair die-cast equipment to keep production running safely and efficiently. This role focuses on preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, die rebuilding, and minimizing production downtime.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair die-cast machinery and related equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance and respond to equipment breakdowns and unplanned downtime.
- Identify and implement equipment improvements to increase uptime and production efficiency.
- Rebuild dies, machine components, and related equipment as needed.
- Perform planned and emergency crucible replacements.
- Support daily die-cast maintenance and production operations.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintenance standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic maintenance experience preferred.
- Experience with die-cast equipment, die maintenance, or industrial machinery is a plus.
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform equipment repairs safely and efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
