Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a Dental Hygienist to support patient care at the PACE Organization of Rhode Island (PACE RI) East Providence center.

The Setting
This opportunity is based at PACE RI's East Providence center, within a coordinated care environment serving older adults.

CMC helps coordinate the operational aspects of care so clinicians can focus on providing quality patient care.
What You'll Do
- Perform routine dental cleanings, scaling, and periodontal maintenance
- Conduct oral health assessments and review medical histories
- Take dental X-rays as appropriate to the role and clinical protocols
- Perform periodontal charting and identify signs of oral disease
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, diet, and preventive care
- Document patient care and maintain accurate clinical records
- Collaborate with dentists and other members of the care team

What We're Looking For
- Active Dental Hygienist license in Rhode Island
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene
- Experience in clinical or outpatient settings preferred
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Detail-oriented with sound clinical judgment
- Comfortable working with senior populations
