Edmond Hyundai is looking for a friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused Customer Experience Associate to join our Service Department!
If you enjoy talking with people, providing exceptional customer service, and making sure customers have a great experience, we want to hear from you.
Job Responsibilities
- Make follow-up phone calls to customers after their service visits.
- Ensure customers are satisfied with their service experience.
- Ask customers about their visit and address any concerns professionally.
- Document customer feedback accurately in our systems.
- Communicate customer concerns to the appropriate service manager or team member for follow-up.
- Help identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Represent Edmond Hyundai with a friendly, professional, and positive attitude on every call.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and phone skills.
- Friendly, positive, and professional personality.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Good listening skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using computers and documenting customer interactions.
- Ability to handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism.
- Previous customer service, call center, automotive, or dealership experience is a plus.
