En PwC ayudamos a nuestros clientes a fortalecer sus operaciones, gestionar sus riesgos y transformar sus procesos mediante soluciones innovadoras y sostenibles.
Estamos en la búsqueda de un Consultor de Riesgos que brinde apoyo en proyectos de consultoría relacionados con el análisis, documentación, evaluación y mejora de procesos; la identificación de riesgos y controles; y el fortalecimiento de la eficiencia operativa para clientes de diversos sectores.
La persona seleccionada participará activamente en el levantamiento de información, elaboración de flujogramas, análisis de procesos, identificación de oportunidades de mejora, preparación de matrices de riesgos y controles, documentación de resultados y elaboración de presentaciones e informes ejecutivos.
Formación académica
Recién graduado o estudiante próximo a graduarse de carreras como las siguientes, sin limitarse a:
- Ingeniería Industrial
- Ingeniería de Procesos
- Ingeniería Empresarial
- Administración de Empresas con enfoque en procesos u operaciones
Conocimientos esperados
- Inglés intermedio a avanzado.
- Elaboración e interpretación de flujogramas y mapas de procesos.
- Identificación de riesgos, controles y oportunidades de mejora.
- Conocimientos básicos de control interno y gestión de riesgos.
- Conocimientos básicos de indicadores de gestión y desempeño.
- Familiaridad con metodologías de mejora continua, como Lean, Six Sigma o similares.
- Conocimientos básicos de gestión de proyectos.
Herramientas: MS Office | Microsoft Visio, Bizagi o herramientas similares para la diagramación de procesos | Power BI | Se valorarán conocimientos básicos de Alteryx.
