Key Responsibilities
Delivery & Team Leadership
- Own end-to-end delivery of data integration and analytics initiatives, from planning and requirements through implementation, testing, release, and production stabilization.
- Lead and coordinate offshore development teams; establish clear priorities, monitor progress, remove blockers, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Manage milestones, risks, dependencies, issues, and action items while communicating status and decisions clearly to stakeholders.
- Provide technical direction, mentoring, and hands-on support to development team members.
- Demonstrate strong ownership, accountability, and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
Business & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with business users to understand business processes, data needs, reporting requirements, and expected outcomes.
- Work closely with Product Owners and Project Managers to refine scope, prioritize work, support planning, and drive delivery commitments.
- Collaborate with QA teams on test strategy, defect triage, user acceptance testing, regression testing, and release readiness.
- Coordinate with upstream and downstream partners to manage interfaces, data dependencies, sequencing, and production impacts.
- Facilitate requirements workshops, technical design reviews, sprint ceremonies, status discussions, and implementation checkpoints.

Technical Leadership
- Lead the design, development, enhancement, and support of ETL, data warehouse, and analytics solutions.
- Review solution designs, Informatica mappings and workflows, SQL code, data models, and technical specifications for quality, scalability, and performance.
- Drive root-cause analysis and resolution of data quality, performance, batch-processing, and production-support issues.
- Promote reusable design patterns, coding standards, peer reviews, technical documentation, and operational readiness.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 8+ years of experience in data warehousing, ETL, data integration, or enterprise analytics delivery.
- 3+ years of experience leading technical teams and coordinating work with offshore delivery resources.
- Strong hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter and/or Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).
- Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server, advanced SQL development, stored procedures, query optimization, and performance tuning.
- Experience developing or supporting enterprise data warehouse solutions on IBM Netezza.
- Solid understanding of data integration patterns, dimensional modeling, batch processing, data quality, and production support.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum and structured SDLC delivery environments.
- Excellent communication, leadership, planning, organization, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Databricks, including data engineering, Delta Lake, lakehouse patterns, or ETL modernization.
- Experience with Power BI, including enterprise dashboards, semantic models, data refresh, and reporting solutions.
- Experience with cloud data services on Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Knowledge of cloud data lakes, lakehouse architecture, CI/CD, DevOps, or DataOps practices.
- Insurance industry experience, preferably within Property & Casualty (P&C;) insurance.
- Exposure to policy, claims, billing, underwriting, finance, reinsurance, or regulatory reporting data.
- Experience delivering solutions in a regulated environment with awareness of audit, compliance, data governance, privacy, security, and data-retention requirements.
