Where You’ll Make a Difference

- Perform electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities across plant equipment and facilities
- Diagnose equipment failures and perform timely emergency repairs to support operational continuity
- Execute preventive maintenance activities to improve equipment reliability and prevent recurring failures
- Support general maintenance activities involving mechanical systems, welding, plumbing, carpentry, sheet metal, and painting when required
- Operate shop machinery, electrical tools, hand tools, and maintenance equipment safely and effectively
- Use knowledge of equipment and maintenance history to identify appropriate and cost-effective repair solutions
- Provide technical guidance and support to less-experienced maintenance personnel when required
- Collaborate with engineers, vendors, and other maintenance personnel to resolve technical issues
- Ensure maintenance activities are completed in accordance with safety requirements, established procedures, and plant standards

What Makes You the Right Fit

- Technical degree or relevant studies in Electricity, Industrial Electricity, Electromechanics, Maintenance, or a related technical field
- Practical experience performing electrical maintenance and repairs in industrial environments
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment troubleshooting, and maintenance practices
- Ability to diagnose failures and execute preventive and emergency repairs
- Knowledge of industrial tools, shop machinery, and hand tools
- Basic knowledge of other maintenance disciplines such as mechanical systems, welding, plumbing, or general facilities maintenance
- Ability to follow technical procedures and safety requirements
- Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills
- Hands-on and safety-focused approach to maintenance activities

- Experience within food, food ingredients, chemical, or process manufacturing environments
- Broad experience supporting multiple maintenance disciplines in addition to electrical systems
- Experience guiding or supporting other maintenance technicians during repair activities
