Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Maple Grove. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for our clients, providing timely assistance over the phone and email while managing order processing and accurate data entry.
### Key Responsibilities
Perform high-volume, accurate data entry for incoming orders, quotes, and customer account profiles. Answer incoming calls and emails, addressing customer inquiries, order status requests, and general questions.
Review and process order files, verifying specifications and details before routing them into production.
Maintain organized digital records and client documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve order discrepancies or delays.
Perform occasional light digital file prep or layout adjustments using graphic design tools.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 1+ years of previous experience in customer service, order entry, or administrative support.
Data Entry: Strong typing speed and precision with exceptional attention to detail.
Software Skills:
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Prior experience with Adobe Illustrator is a plus, or a strong willingness and aptitude to learn basic Illustrator tools for reviewing and preparing customer artwork/files.
Communication: Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills.
Work Ethic: Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
