Service Technician – Battery Repair

Pay Range: $18 – $25 per hour, based on experience

Position Summary
Horien Inc. is seeking a Service Technician to repair, test, and process advanced
battery systems in accordance with standardized work instructions.

Work Schedule
- Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, with a half-hour unpaid lunch.
Overtime available with prior approval, paid at 1.5x the regular hourly rate.

Key Responsibilities
- Repair battery modules and electronic assemblies, including Battery

Management Systems (BMS).
- Perform welding, soldering, and electrical wiring.
- Replace components and update BMS part and serial numbers per repair sheets.
- Install BMS firmware updates and download internal logs.
- Conduct acceptance, cell average, and firewall testing.
- Record repair date, cycle count, and repairability status (Yes/No) in technical
files.

Required Qualifications
? Hands-on welding or electrical experience.
? Proficiency with computer systems and programs.
? Ability to use email, Microsoft Teams, and perform accurate data entry.
? Ability to follow work instructions precisely.

Preferred Qualifications
- Military background.
- Proficiency in soldering and circuit assembly.
- Formal training in electronics.
- Knowledge of electronic tools, diagnostic log extraction, and hardware repair.
- Battery repair or electronics experience. Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00 - $25.00 Per Hour
