## Summary

Join us as a Technical Analyst IV on the Systems Integration team and help shape the future of our fast-growing enterprise API team! We're a tight-knit group building out robust capabilities from the ground up. You'll take ownership of APIs, treat them as products, drive smart integrations between teams, and turn requirements into real solutions that balance tech skills, business goals, and rapid timelines.

We thrive on quick learning, love tackling uncertainty, and chase results together. You’ll dive into new domains and tools, including working in an agentic delivery framework, applying what you learn right away to improve clarity, reliability, and impact. We measure success by what we ship, how we manage risk, and how well we empower each other to work smarter. If you’re passionate about scaling big ideas in an agile environment and want to make your mark, this is the place for you!

The Opportunity

This opportunity as a Technical Analyst IV– Systems Integration offers a pivotal role in shaping enterprise API integration. You’ll productize APIs, enhance design and security, and empower teammates and customers through resilient, customer-centric technology. The position involves close collaboration with business and engineering teams, translating requirements into reliable API products, and leveraging AI in a modern delivery ecosystem.

Key responsibilities include accelerating API adoption, improving integration reliability, writing clear user stories and requirements, and mentoring others. It’s ideal for someone eager to scale big ideas, bridge technology and business, and make a meaningful impact within a collaborative team.

What You'll Achieve

- Accelerate the adoption of enterprise APIs by partnering with lines of business and engineering teams to drive integration into applications and platforms.

- Move API capabilities from discovery to release by collaborating across Agile teams and stakeholders to turn needs into delivered API products aligned to roadmap priorities.

- Improve integration reliability by analyzing cross‑system dependencies, identifying gaps early, and enabling seamless integration across environments.

- Raise consistency and governance by applying enterprise standards, architecture methodology, and service‑oriented policies so APIs scale safely and predictably.

- Enable discoverability and self‑service by supporting developer‑friendly experiences that help teams find documentation, understand APIs, and integrate with confidence.

What You'll Do

- Partner with the Technical Product Owner and fellow Technical Analysts to shape and deliver API capabilities aligned to product priorities and outcomes.

- Turn business and technical needs into clear, reusable context that enables teams and AI-assisted delivery, including requirements, business rules, API behaviors, dependencies, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

- Facilitate discovery and refinement to clarify solution intent, expose ambiguity, and align teams before build begins.

- Analyze API, system, and data dependencies and help teams navigate tradeoffs across value, experience, architecture, risk, and delivery speed.

- Partner across product and engineering to validate requirements and solution behavior throughout the delivery lifecycle, from discovery through release.

- Keep delivery knowledge current, traceable, and reusable as requirements, decisions, and solutions evolve.

- Mentor other analysts and help advance modern, AI-enabled ways of working across the team.

What We're Looking For

- Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down ambiguous problems, ask the right questions, uncover assumptions and gaps, and translate complexity into clear requirements and outcomes.

- Strong systems thinking, with the ability to understand business processes, APIs, applications, data flows, and dependencies and evaluate how changes impact the broader ecosystem.

- Ability to create clear, structured, and traceable context, connecting business needs, requirements, rules, decisions, dependencies, and acceptance criteria so that both people and AI-enabled workflows can act with clarity.

- Fluency with AI-enabled ways of working, using AI and agents to accelerate analysis and delivery while applying critical thinking to validate outputs, challenge assumptions, and identify risks or missing context.

- High ownership and learning agility, with the ability to quickly learn new business domains and technologies, work effectively through uncertainty, collaborate across product and engineering, and stay accountable for outcomes rather than artifacts.

Education & Experience

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science or related field of study and 5+ years of directly related experience in Technical Analysis, Data Analytics, or Bank Operations or equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrated capability and learning agility are highly valued.

- Technical/business analysis: Demonstrated experience analyzing complex business and technical needs and translating them into functional requirements, business rules, user stories, acceptance criteria, process/data flows, and solution documentation.

- APIs and systems integration: Hands-on experience working with APIs and integrations, including reading and interpreting API specifications, request/response payloads, status codes, error messages, and integration behaviors.

- Data mapping: Experience performing source-to-target data mapping, identifying transformations and validation rules, and defining data requirements across integrated systems.

- Integration troubleshooting and dependency management: Experience triaging integration issues, identifying root causes and dependencies, and working with engineering teams, external vendors, and partner teams to drive issues through resolution with urgency.

- AI-enabled analysis and delivery: Demonstrated experience using generative AI or AI-assisted tools to accelerate analysis, research, documentation, requirements development, or problem solving, with the ability to validate outputs and apply independent judgment.
