Since 1983, the Company has provided development, development management, investment, finance, leasing, construction management, and property management services to investors, property owners, and tenants throughout the Washington region.

The Company’s team of approximately 26 real estate professionals works from its Washington, D.C. office on 16th Street NW, which houses the management and leasing groups, and its Springfield, Virginia office, which supports development and accounting. Its portfolio includes a distinctive mix of downtown and Dupont Circle office properties, along with properties in Maryland and Virginia suburbs.
