What You’ll Do as a Caregiver

You’ll play an important role in helping seniors feel safe, supported, and comfortable in their own homes. Your responsibilities may include:

- Providing companionship and engaging in meaningful conversations.
- Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
- Preparing meals and providing medication reminders.
- Supporting mobility, transfers, and daily living activities.
- Performing light housekeeping and laundry.
- Helping with errands and transportation as needed.
- Following individualized care plans and reporting changes in clients’ conditions.

What We’re Looking For

- At least 2 years of paid professional caregiving experience through an agency .
- A compassionate, patient, and dependable attitude.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping seniors.
- A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance for applicable positions.
- Willingness to complete required background checks and onboarding procedures.
- A commitment to treating every client with dignity, kindness, and respect.
