Responsibilities

- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and software.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding vehicle issues and repair status.
- Maintain accurate records of all services performed.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
- Manage inventory of parts and supplies needed for repairs.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role.
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- Certification from a recognized automotive technical program is preferred.
