We're looking for compassionate, experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team on a PRN basis, completing initial assessments and supervisory visits for clients receiving personal care services in their homes.

### Get Paid Per Visit
Service Compensation Initial Client Assessment $65 per visit 6-Month Reassessment $55 per visit Missed Visit (Client Not Home) $30 In-Service / Training Class $30 Occasional Aide Clinical Orientation $20 Office / Administrative Work $20 per hour
Extra Mileage Bonus: Earn an additional $5 per visit for clients located more than 30 miles from our office.
喙 What We're Looking For
- Active Virginia RN license or compact license valid in Virginia
- At least one year of nursing experience in a hospital, home health, rehabilitation, or similar setting
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to clients' homes
- Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
- Home care or Medicaid experience is a plus, but not required!
