In this role, you will define and own the methodology, the measurement, and the operating model that make Amazon IT knowledge trustworthy, maintainable, and ready for an AI-driven support experience. You will operate in ambiguity and influence senior leaders and partner teams across a large, global organization to adopt a shared standard for knowledge quality and governance.

- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience owning program strategy and end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience using data and metrics to determine priorities, back up recommendations, and drive measurable improvements
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to influence others outside of the direct line of reporting, build cross-organizational partnerships, and advocate on behalf of the customer
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguous situations and identify and resolve blockers with minimal guidance
- Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills
- Sound editorial judgment in how knowledge and content are communicated across a large, global organization

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Experience in knowledge management and familiarity with the KCS methodology
- Understanding of the capabilities and constraints of knowledge platforms and content management systems, and the business processes they support
- Experience operationalizing AI into knowledge and content workflows, including preparing content for AI consumption and reuse
- Experience designing and running tests to measure and improve content performance
- Flexibility with changing programs and processes
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
