Job Description:
The full-time Network Administrator position will be located at our St. Paul, MN office. This is not a remote position .
Qualified candidates must possess excellent technical, troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills. Prior experience as a network administrator or an equal education level is required. Must be equally proficient in MacOS and Windows. Linux/*nix experience recommended.
Job Responsibilities:
- Planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all network hardware, software, and communication links.
- All Microsoft Azure Active Directory (Azure and Entra ID) functions
- Supervise one Helpdesk employee
- Assist Helpdesk requests for 150 employees
- Manage software subscriptions and licenses
- Intermediate networking and network security skills
- VPN control and maintenance
- Backups maintained
- Purchasing new hardware
- Font management
- Spam management
- Microsoft Office 365 management
- Experience in both Powershell ad bash/zsh scripting
- MDM experience for both MacOS and Windows
Qualifications
Requirements:
2+ years of Network Administrator experience using some of the listed technologies in job responsibilities. Must have experience with both Mac and PCs.
