Your Role and Impact

Flowserve is seeking an entrepreneurial Digital Product Manager, Specialist to serve as the strategic owner of the aftermarket digital strategy within S&S. In this role, you will define and execute the 1-, 3-, and 5-year roadmap for digital tools, technologies, and customer-facing solutions that enhance the aftermarket experience and create value across Flowserve’s service portfolio.

You will identify and develop digital offerings that improve visibility, ease of doing business, asset performance, and service delivery for customers. This may include capabilities such as asset-health insights, repair and service turnaround-time visibility, installed-base management, e-commerce enhancements, and other digital experiences that complement Flowserve’s repair and service offerings.

As an individual contributor, you will partner closely with product managers supporting the ACV and IV portfolios, IT, commercial teams, QRC operations, and other stakeholders to align digital-product development and execution with customer needs, go-to-market strategies, and business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and execute the 1-, 3-, and 5-year digital product strategy and roadmap for the S&S aftermarket portfolio.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize digital tools, technologies, and customer-facing offerings that improve customer experience, service delivery, and business performance.
- Develop digital offerings that complement Flowserve’s repair and service portfolio, including asset-health insights, repair and service turnaround-time visibility, installed-base views, e-commerce capabilities, and related digital solutions.
- Lead product discovery activities, including Voice of Customer research, user feedback, market analysis, and competitive assessment, to identify customer pain points and digital opportunities.
- Translate customer, commercial, and operational requirements into clear product requirements, business cases, roadmaps, and prioritized development initiatives.
- Partner with IT and relevant technology teams to align digital-product execution, delivery timing, architecture, and implementation plans with business and go-to-market objectives.
- Collaborate with ACV and IV product managers to identify shared digital opportunities and ensure digital offerings support broader product and aftermarket strategies.
- Work with commercial, QRC, operations, and service teams to define adoption plans, customer value propositions, launch strategies, and performance measures for new digital offerings.
- Support end-to-end digital product lifecycle management, from concept development and business-case creation through launch, adoption, enhancement, and retirement.
- Monitor key performance indicators for digital offerings, including customer adoption, user experience, commercial impact, revenue potential, and operational value.
- Use market, customer, and business insights to recommend investment priorities, product enhancements, and new digital opportunities.
- Communicate product strategy, roadmap progress, customer insights, and business outcomes to cross-functional and leadership stakeholders.

- Demonstrated experience defining product roadmaps and translating customer and business needs into actionable digital-product requirements.
- Experience collaborating with IT, software-development, data, engineering, or technology teams to deliver digital products or capabilities.
- Strong understanding of digital customer experience, product discovery, user needs, commercialization, and go-to-market planning.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate across global, cross-functional stakeholders, including commercial, operations, technology, and product-management teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use customer, market, operational, and financial data to make informed product decisions.
