Description
Brothers Bar & Grill, Nashville, TN has immediate openings for a Security Lead! Ensure the safety and security to guests, team members, and Company assets. Perform Responsibilities in accordance with all company standards, policies, and procedures. Greet guests, check ID's, maintain a safe, positive and professional interaction with all guests, coworkers and management team members. Supervise Security Team. Pay based on Leadership experience.
Requirements
- At least 21 years old
- At least 2 years experience
- Manage the team roster and ensure all licensing requirements are followed.
- Train new team members
- Available up to 30 hours per work week
- Flexible- Nights and Weekends required
- Able to work in fast-paced environment with confidence and poise
- Excellent communication skills, team player and solid work ethic
- Positive Attitude
- Must be a people person capable of providing outstanding guest service
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be Dallas Law Certified
- Must be certified or be able to get the proper security guard license and training for the state of Tennessee.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
Salary Description
$28-$32 per hour based on expirence
