THE POSITION
- Part-time hours, with weekend availability required
- Represent Quality Craftsmen at home shows, fairs, and local events
- Work at both indoor and outdoor events
- Connect with homeowners and introduce them to our bath remodeling solutions
- Help create a positive first impression of our brand
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Welcome event attendees and attract visitors to our booth.
- Start conversations and engage with potential customers.
- Share information about Quality Craftsmen’s bath remodeling products.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home sales appointments.
- Keep the booth clean, organized, and professional.
- Assist with event setup and breakdown.
- Submit daily lead reports to the Marketing Manager.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Outgoing, friendly, and enthusiastic individuals who enjoy talking with people.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in approaching and engaging with the public.
- Dependable individuals with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Weekend availability and the ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
