Production Associate – 1st Shift

Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Saturday

Position Overview

We are hiring Production Associates for a manufacturing facility in Killbuck, Ohio. This role supports end-of-line production by inspecting, organizing, stacking, and preparing finished products for packaging and shipment.

Responsibilities

- Monitor finished products at the end of the production line.
- Inspect products for quality and defects.
- Organize, stack, and move finished materials.
- Assist with packaging and shipment preparation.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Follow safety guidelines and production procedures.
- Perform other general production duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
