$19.00 - $21.50 - Hourly
Depending on experience

Job Description:

Essential Functions include, but are not limited to the following:*

- Review IEPs as they are submitted from the field staff.
- A rubric will be used to review the IEPs and provide direct feedback to the SES teachers and other service providers.
- Review of measurable goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with Compliance Coordinator in providing feedback to field staff and updating compliance report as needed.
- Duties may include filing, emailing field staff, and effectively communicating changes that need to be made to the IEPs.
- Inputting information into the IEP information systems to accurately reflect current services and goals.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

- Basic knowledge of Individualized Education Plans and legal requirements of documents.
- Strong organization skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Computer skills – knowledgeable in Word, Excel, Google Docs, and Google Drive.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:

- Interpersonal Skills
- Knowledge of curriculum and instruction programs proven to be beneficial to pupils with special learning needs.
- Excellent written and oral skills.
- Ability to communicate well with students, parents and teachers.

Education and Experience:

- AA or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
