Kershner Trading Group, LLC is seeking an HR Manager for our established and growing trading and technology company in Austin, Tx. This lead position is responsible for driving the strategic direction of the HR function as well as ensuring that the day to day accountabilities and timelines are met.
Responsibilities:
- - Full scope of Human Resources disciplines including recruiting, hiring, organizational development, performance management, payroll, and benefits
- - Manage all HR resources
- - Work with management on organizational development
- - Administer all employee / member benefit programs
- - Research best practices to keep core HR programs and policies compliant with rules and regulations
We are seeking an individual with the following qualifications:
- - BS/BA and 7-10 years of experience in a full range of HR functions
- - Familiarity with both W-2 employees and K-1 members
- - Familiarity with the onboarding and management of multi-state employees
- - Outstanding communication skills (written, verbal and presentation) and ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
- - Outstanding organizational skills
- - PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP certification preferred
