Base pay + commission: $55K–$110K/year for residential service electricians.

What Youll Be Doing
- Run residential electrical service calls across Wilson and surrounding eastern NC counties
- Troubleshoot and repair circuits, breakers, outlets, switches, lighting and ceiling fans
- Panel upgrades and replacements, service changes, subpanels and dedicated circuits
- Whole-home generator, surge protection, EV charger and HVAC equipment wiring
- Communicate findings clearly with homeowners and present repair and upgrade options
- Complete jobs clean, organized, safe and to code
- Follow our proven processes on every call and keep your truck stocked and ready
What Were Looking For
- 2+ years of residential electrical experience (service experience preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting skills and working knowledge of the NEC
- NC electrical license or journeyman-level experience a plus — strong helpers ready to step up are encouraged to apply
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Professional appearance, clear communication, and accountability
