About Soniat Realty
For 50 years, Soniat Realty has been part of the Greater New Orleans real estate community. Founded in 1976, the company has grown from a family-founded real estate firm into a trusted provider of community association management, residential property management, leasing, and real estate services. Today, Soniat Realty manages more than 1,000 residential rental units and more than 30 condominium associations throughout Greater New Orleans.
Our approach combines local knowledge and personal service with the resources and support of Associa, a leader in community association management. This allows our team to maintain the relationships and hands-on approach of a local New Orleans company while benefiting from the tools, systems, training, and resources of a larger global organization.
At Soniat Realty, we believe great property management starts with great people. We value responsiveness, expertise, professionalism, integrity, and follow-through. Our Community Association Managers are more than administrators. They are trusted partners to the Boards and communities they serve.
We are proud of our history in New Orleans, but we are equally focused on where we are going. We continue to invest in our people, technology, and management practices to provide better service to our clients and create opportunities for our team members to grow.
If you are looking for a career where you can build relationships, solve problems, take ownership, and make a visible difference in the communities you manage, we would like to meet you.
