About this role
Account Executive, CFA Review — UWorld
Help the next generation of charter holders pass
The CFA Program is one of the hardest credentials in finance. Candidates spend hundreds of hours per level studying around 60-hour weeks in banking, research and asset management. The prep they choose can decide whether they pass this year or try again next year.
As UWorld's first Account Executive dedicated solely to CFA Review, you'll put the right prep in front of those candidates and the firms that invest in them. You'll own the pipeline, shape how we sell to finance, and see your impact on every exam cycle.
If you love consultative selling, speak fluent finance, and want a seat where your results are visible, read on.
Why UWorld
UWorld has spent more than two decades helping students pass high-stakes exams, from the USMLE and NCLEX to the CPA, bar exam and CFA. Founded in 2001 and headquartered in Coppell, Texas, we're built on one idea: active learning beats passive reading.
Our CFA Review started as a product we built in house, and grew stronger when we acquired Wiley's CFA assets in 2023. It sits alongside Roger CPA Review and Surgent in our accounting and finance family, so you'll sell a homegrown product with a proven track record, backed by a company that keeps investing in it.
What you'll be selling
- Courses for every candidate. Platinum, Gold and Self-Study packages for Levels I, II and III, plus our 11th Hour Final Review for the final stretch.
- A QBank reviewers call a standout, with detailed answer explanations and mock exams that mirror the real exam interface.
- Instructors candidates trust, led by Global Lead Instructor Peter Olinto, CFA, CPA (inactive), JD.
- Access Until You Pass. Free course repeats and content updates until the candidate passes. It's one of the easiest promises in the market to sell.
What you'll do
- Own the full sales cycle. Prospect, run discovery, demo, negotiate and close, then hand off happy customers to onboarding.
- Sell like an advisor, not a script. Learn each candidate's level, exam date, past attempts and real weekly study time, then recommend the package that gives them the best shot.
- Open doors at major firms and campuses. Pitch group licenses to banks, asset managers, hedge funds, wealth firms and university finance programs that want their analysts and students to pass.
- Show, don't tell. Run live demos of the QBank, mock exams, lectures, study planner and performance analytics.
- Win the comparison. Handle questions about price, results and competitors with confidence, and know exactly where UWorld stands apart.
- Ride the exam calendar. Build campaigns around CFA registration deadlines and exam windows, when candidates are ready to buy.
- Be the voice of the customer. Share what you hear with Marketing, Product and our instructors, and partner with UWorld Accounting on shared firm and campus accounts.
- Keep a clean pipeline. Forecast accurately and track conversion, quota and renewals in our CRM.
What you bring
- 2–5+ years of quota-carrying sales, ideally in EdTech, SaaS, higher education or financial services.

- CRM discipline in Salesforce, HubSpot or similar.
Bonus points if you have:
- Earned the CFA charter, or are working through the CFA Program yourself.
